Craig has been deeply involved with PCRT since its inception as producer of its shows. Craig cheerfully handles the business end of musical theatre. He deals with site rental agreements and the payroll service, he coordinates with Actor’s Equity Union (AEA), he manages hired technical and artistic staff and paid actors and coordinates photo shoots for promotional materials.

Professionally, Craig has been a self-employed dentist in Pleasanton since 1998 where he built his business from the ground-up. He has a B.Sc. from U.C. Davis, a D.D.S from U.C. San Francisco and an Endodontics Certificate from the University of Illinois. Married with two children, Craig enjoys musical theatre, guitar, football and hockey.

Greg Sottolano began his support for Pacific Coast Repertory Theatre in 2011 while appearing in their production of Cabaret and subsequently joined the PCRT Board of Directors in 2012.

Professionally, Greg has worked in multiple human resources roles at McDonald’s Corporation (10 years) including leading their HR function in Japan, at Gensler as head of international HR, in senior HR roles at start-ups and as a management consultant. He is currently an HR Director at Visa. He is passionate about helping people realize their full potential, both on- and off-stage.

Matt O’Connor is an experienced project manager in the energy generation industry and is delighted to bring his experience to PCRT. He currently works for the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), a research and development non-profit in the Bay Area. Prior to joining EPRI, Matt worked at AREVA NP and at General Electric, where he developed two patents (pending) with other inventors.

Matt received an M.S. in engineering management from Santa Clara University and is a certified Project Management Professional. He is currently pursuing a certificate in business administration at U.C. Berkeley. When not working, running, or studying, he is watching and thinking about baseball, enjoying wine and specialty coffees, reading or working on his car. Matt lives in San Ramon with his wife and son.

Corri brings over 25 years of corporate experience to the PCRT team. She spent 13 years at Wells Fargo Bank and over 10 years as an independent consultant before joining Gap Brand in 2011. Corri is a faculty member at Gap Inc.’s cross-brand, high-potential program and a City of Pleasanton Library Commissioner. Corri leverages her leadership experience to inform PCRT strategy and drive board effectiveness. Her areas of expertise include change management, learning and development, strategy and communication.

Regina (Gina) Hancher has been a corporate leader for more than 20 years and a dancer, choreographer and performer in musical theatre for over 30 years. Gina brings her project management, writing, negotiation and corporate leadership skills to not-for-profit organizations as a board member, artistic director and teacher to create successful and fundable projects that benefit the community.

Gina has been a leader in arts education on both coasts. In Boston, Massachusetts, Gina worked with inner-city youth through MIT’s Youth Voice Collaborative to create multi-media awareness campaigns and web sites that brought the voice of Boston youth into perspective for educators and city leaders. As Artistic Director of the Topf Center for Dance Education, she launched literacy, dance and anti-obesity programs that reached over 2500 Boston city students every week.

Now a resident of Dublin, CA, Gina is the Director of Customer Experience for Philips Healthcare, using performing art techniques to coach and advise a global team of 1,000 employees on how to consistently provide a best-in-class customer experience.
